At PITAL AART, we take pride in offering handcrafted products made with love by skilled persons from across India. Each piece is created using natural materials and traditional techniques, resulting in unique items—no two are alike. As a result, there may be occasional delays or challenges in production and delivery.
We are dedicated to ensuring that your new utensils are carefully finished, thoroughly quality-checked, and securely packaged for transport. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed and address any challenges that may arise, as your new utensils reflect the hard work and artistry of many talented individuals.
Key Shipping Details:
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking AWB number. Click the link provided to check the current status of your package.
Shipping Locations: We proudly ship to all locations.
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If they are unable to reach you after three attempts, your order will be returned to us and cancelled. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your zip code and mobile number, to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery Times:While we strive to meet our communicated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you experience a delay, please reach out for the latest updates on your shipment.
Doorstep Delivery: For residences and offices located on the ground floor, products will be delivered directly to your doorstep.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. For an accurate shipping quote, please email your selection to contact@pitalart.com.
International Orders: Please read product descriptions carefully, as we do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

Return Policy
At PITAL AART, we take pride in our handcrafted products, each thoughtfully made by skilled persons in India. Since every item is unique and crafted from natural materials, we appreciate your understanding regarding our return policy:
· International Orders: Please review product descriptions carefully. We do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. Any applicable customs fees are the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery.
· Damaged Products: We strive to package our products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an unboxing video or photo within 24 hours of receipt. We will promptly replace the product at no additional shipping cost to you.
· Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, and we will issue credit notes or replacements as appropriate.
· Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, please contact us via email within 6 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.
· Exchanges for Damaged Items: We allow exchanges for damaged items within 7 days, provided the products are unused.
